value for its investors through supply constrained site selection, rigorous
due diligence, adherence to strict financial performance criteria, skillful
navigation of the complexity of regulatory and jurisdictional hurdles,

Each of the properties controlled
or acquired by Edenbridge in the execution of its mission will undergo
a continuum of processes in the pursuit of maximized returns. These

Company Overview
Edenbridge Inc., located in Cupertino,
CA was founded by Patrick Geary in September 2004. The philosophy
of Edenbridge Inc. is to identify and execute land purchase, entitlement
and building opportunities that have the potential of returning at least
a 25% to 30% annual rate of return to investors and the Company.
The Company’s focus is residential development where primary value can
be attained through the entitlement process. Effectively managing
entitlement issues, regulatory hurdles and special circumstances is an
expertise in which the principals of Edenbridge excel. Although residential
development is the focus, the Company also recognizes opportunities where
commercial and other types of build-out may be attached to a larger development
process. In these cases, the Company will utilize the same primary
parameter of a focus on return on investment as a key evaluator of a project.
