Patrick Geary, Founder and President
Patrick Geary serves as Chairman
and President of Edenbridge, Inc. He is responsible for the acquisition
of all new real estate projects, securing equity financing and investor
relations. Mr. Geary oversees the company’s development team, lending
valuable guidance to the entitlement process.
From 1989-2004, Mr. Geary worked
at other Northern California residential development companies including
Dividend Development Corporation and most recently, Duc Housing Partners,
Inc. where he served as Chief Operating Officer. During his career,
Mr. Geary has overseen the acquisition, development and sale of over 5,000
lots throughout Northern California, Oregon and Nevada.
Mr. Geary is a graduate of Georgetown
University.

Diane Downend, Chief
Financial Officer
Diane Downend is Treasurer and Chief
Financial Officer for Edenbridge, Inc. She is responsible for the
financial and administrative operations of the company and its numerous
limited liability companies and joint ventures. Ms. Downend holds
a California broker’s license and her duties include oversight of the sales
team.
From 1983-2004 Ms. Downend has served
as Vice President of Finance in other real estate enterprises including
Dividend Development Corporation, Legacy Partners, and most recently, Woodside
Hotels & Resorts. She began her career with Deloitte & Touche.
Ms. Downend holds a BS and MBA from
the University of California at Berkeley.

Chris Gatley, VP - Design &
Construction
Chris Gatley is Vice President of
Edenbridge, Inc. with responsibility for all architectural design, purchasing,
construction and marketing activities. Mr. Gatley holds a California
general contractor’s license.
From 1987-1998 Mr. Gatley had responsibility
for the design, construction and marketing operations for The Gregory Group.
During his tenure he was instrumental in the acquisition and development
of over 2,000 homes throughout Northern California. He later co-founded
Home Finishes, a provider of warranty services to large home builders,
a company he later sold to Owens-Corning.
Mr. Gatley is a graduate of California
Polytechnic State University.
